Determination of attorney's fee:

Based on the Legal Code of Ethics, the attorney's fee is subject of free agreement, the amount of which is determined by the parties in advance, individually and jointly. A specific price offer can be given after learning about the specific case, with knowledge of the specific case.

The fees do not include costs, fees (e.g. title deeds, company certificates, birth certificates and other documents), duty and significant travel expenses.

What type of remuneration system do I work with?

1. Fixed fee
These typically refer to the type of cases where the attorney’a working hours can be calculated in advance due to the less complex nature of the case. These matters mainly arise in connection with company proceedings, payment notices, payment orders.

2. Flat rate
In the case of clients with a fixed monthly fee, a flat monthly fee is determined, which depends on the average monthly working hours performed for the company, as well as the complexity of the work and the task. In the case of legal entities, this provides the opportunity for much more favorable remuneration than the case-by-case fees.

3. Defined as a percentage
It is primarily used in the case of sale and purchase agreements, which fee already includes the preparation of the contract, the underwriting fee and the land registry administration.

4. Hourly fee
The fee for the first consultation starts at HUF 50,000/hour. It is also possible to consult online, in person or by phone.
